Max George helps little girl that the National Health Service will not help

Max George retweeted a tweet from the account @HelpFundSkye.  Skye is a young girl with Cerebral Palsy who needs a life-changing operation that Britain's National Health Service will not fund.  Skye needs 50,000 people to help.  Specifically, she needs 50,000 people to donate 1 pound ao that she can get the operation.  Max George retweeted a tweet that had all of the information above in it.
